Chief Executive Officer
罗伊·L. Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of ElectriCities of 北卡罗莱纳, headquartered in Raleigh, 北卡罗莱纳. Jones joined ElectriCities in 2009 as the Senior Vice President of Planning and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2011 before becoming CEO in November 2015. 首席执行官, he is responsible for executive leadership of ElectriCities, 北卡罗莱纳 Municipal Power Agency Number 1 and 北卡罗莱纳 Eastern Municipal Power Agency. Chief Operating Officer
马修E. Schull is the Chief Operating Officer of each Power Agency and of ElectriCities and has served in this position since May 2016. Schull joined ElectriCities in 2003 as the Manager of Power Supply for 北卡罗莱纳 Municipal Power Agency Number 1 (NCMPA1) and was promoted to Vice President of NCMPA1 in March 2009. Prior to joining ElectriCities, he was employed by Progress Energy for three years, Wisconsin Energy Corporation for eight years, 和麦迪逊气体 & Electric Company for two years in various leadership, 电力市场营销, 操作, 和工程的角色, and has over 27 years of electric utility experience. F. Timothy Tunis is the Chief Financial Officer of each Power Agency and of ElectriCities and has served in this position since May 2008. He was previously Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting since joining ElectriCities in April 2005. Prior to joining ElectriCities he was employed by KPMG LLC as a Manager of Financial Risk Management for a year. Prior to joining KPMG LLC he was employed by Progress Energy for five years, and by Consolidated Natural Gas for 12 years, where he held various leadership positions in risk management, accounting and internal auditing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of professional accountancy, both from West Virginia University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Legal and External Affairs Officer
杰伊•莫里森 is the Chief Legal and External Affairs Officer of ElectriCities of 北卡罗莱纳, joining the organization in 2021. As Chief Legal and External Affairs Officer, he is responsible for all legal matters, including advising the organization’s internal staff, ElectriCities’ Board of 董事, and the Power Agencies’ Board of 委员 on legal, 监管, and legislative matters. Morrison also provides counsel on corporate legal strategy and provides oversight and legal perspective on all 合规 matters. He has over 27 years of experience in the legal field, with more than two decades in the energy and utilities industry, having served for 22 years at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Mr. Morrison earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He also holds a Master of Public 政策 degree from the John F. While at ElectriCities she has worked as a rate analyst performing retail rate studies and helping implement wholesale rate structure changes, a financial analyst performing debt and other analysis related to the push for deregulation in the late 1990s, and has managed the preparation of the ElectriCities and Power Agencies' budgets and Working Capital projections. She also has responsibility for the oversight of the Accounting and Treasury functions. Prior to her career at ElectriCities she worked as a utilities analyst for the WV Public Service Commission and as a rate analyst for Columbia Gas Transmission. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Marshall University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both West Virginia and 北卡罗莱纳.
